L.O.L!

Journalism, Journalism, Journalism!

The period where the world falls into complete silence. HAHA! Kidding! But it is true that we are very quiet once journalism period has started. We make sure that everything is ready: whiteboard, temporary marker, notebook, book and of course, a pen. But before anything else, we already think of our own prayer because Mr. Geraño will just pick anybody. Before he enters the classroom, the desk should be NEAT & CLEAN. Also the blackboard! We should have erased the writings on the board. We also ask: "May assignment ta?" or "May whiteboard marker ka? Ahay. Wala ko ya. Updi ko mahulam sa piyak na section!" those are really L.O.L moments! You should be updated with the news because he gives quizzes about them.
But even though, it sounds scary, Journalism class is very fun! Especially when Mr. Geraño gives activities that we teenagers can relate with. Like the activity when we had to guess the word by naming the famous people. It was extraordinarily FUN! Yet, we still learn things! Like about pronunciation, news, and about the newspaper and more! Isn't that great? You get to have fun and you also learn. Mr. Geraño really gets us, teenagers. He knows how to spark our interest so that his class won't be boring. He may be strict but when you get to know him, he is super interesting.

If I compare the journalism period last year from this year, I would really choose this year because last year was kinda boring. It was not that EXCITING!

This is Mr. Geraño. He's our teacher in Journalism. Like I said, he may be serious or he may be fun. As long as you respect him. Mr. Geraño's expressions are unexpected. It's part of the way he teaches. And, oh, by the way, don't yawn in front of him with your mouth so wide a cow can fit 'cause he might explode. So I warn you, act properly when facing him! ;) But he is sociable. He interacts with the learners every recess, lunch and dismissal. I almost forgot! He taught us that you should not say: "May I go to the comfort room?" it should be: "May I go to the toilet?" HAHA!
HI SIR! :D

Me, My Family and I

The clown is not part of my family, okay? :)

Hey bloggers! Meet my crazy and loving familia!
Yes, you heard it right. CRAZY! Why you ask? It's because we do things uniquely as a family. Too bad I don't have a picture of my dad because in these events, he is in Saudi. He is working as a Chemical Engineer. My lolo is not in these picture also because he passed away :( May his soul rest in peace. I was super close with my lolo. He was my savior when my mom gets angry with me. Oh how I miss him.
My dad is Andres and as I told you, he works in Saudi as a Chemical Engineer. My mom is Sol and she is a housewife. She is also my best friend. I am a momma's girl and I am proud of it! She has been there through my ups and downs. She LOOOOOOVES me and I LOOOOOOOOVE her! :D I have an older sister. She is 20 yrs. of age and her name is Andrea Mari. She was named after my father. We fight a lot. More than you can imagine but I still love her. Don't underestimate her because she brings SURPRISES! :) I also have a little brother. His name is Maxwell Peter and he is just 2 yrs. old. Do you see the age gap? WOAH, right? :)) My brother also brings SURPRISES. We are a family of SURPRISES. So expect the unexpected from us :) And the also part of my family are my mom's brothers and sisters and their sons & daughters :) Big isn't it? :D

So, yeah! You met my family and you know 1/4 of my life story :D
